Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can move between plans at any time from your account settings.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. If you cancel, your current paid plan stays active through the end of the billing period and then returns to Rookie.
Do you offer refunds? +
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your account details and billing reference so we can help quickly.
How is VAT or sales tax handled? +
When required, VAT or other local taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
Is there a free trial? +
